First Periodic Table Developers: Part 2 - PowerPoint File
(...in your Downloads folder, click on ElementArrangers_2.ppt)

Built on the many contributions of philosophers, alchemists, and experimenters, understanding of the periodicity of the elements was the breakthrough factor for creation of useful arranging of the elements.

This segment focuses on the earliest developers, a Frenchman, a German, a Russian, and an Englishman.

One of the two presentation choices below is a .pdf of the series of slides that make up the PowerPoint, useful for quick appraisal and for those lacking PowerPoint. The other is the PowerPoint itself, which should download to your computer, and you can save and use it from there - which will be including the growing amount of helpful notes.

You may manipulate the PowerPoint file in any way for your own classroom use, but not post or otherwise distribute it following changing.
